Who are Active Participants?

Active participants attend lectures and workshops and contribute by presenting a single case. This case will be published in a supplementary issue of the esteemed journal Liječnički Vjesnik, providing professional recognition within the medical community.

How do you register as an Active participant?

Registrationsfor active participants will be open from October 21st, 6:00 PM until November 10th, 6:00 PM. Due to limited availability, the registrations could be closed sooner so we encourage you to secure your spot promptly.

Please note that if you apply as an active participant but are not accepted, your registration will automatically be converted to passive participation without additional fee.

Active participants register through our official website at www.zims.emsazagreb.hr/zims24 by completing the designated form for active participation and note that you are required to submit your case immediately. Upon successful registration, participants will receive a confirmation emailacknowledging their enrollment.

How and When to pay?

In the confirmation email, you will receive the necessary payment details. Please note that you have exactly seven days from the date of registration to complete the payment. Failure to do so within this timeframe will result in an automatic suspension of your registration. Once payment is submitted, it is considered final, and refunds cannot be issued.

Kindly be aware that participants who register during the final days of the congress registration period must complete their payment by November 11th. We require conformation of payment no later then November 10th at 12:00 PM.

How do you get Certificate of Attendance?

Certificates of Attendance will be awarded to active participants who meet specific participation requirements, which will be announced closer to the congress. The certificates will be issued electronically via emailafter the event has concluded.
