Who are Passive Participants?

Passive participants are attendees of our congress who engage in lectures and workshops without actively contributing by presenting a paper. They participate solely as audience members, gaining insights from the sessions provided.

How do you register as Passive participant?

Registrationsfor passive participants will be open from October 14th, 6:00 PM until October 20th, 6:00 PM. Due to limited availability, we encourage you to secure your spot promptly.

Passive participants register through our official website at www.zims.emsazagreb.hr/zims24 by completing the designated form for passive participation. Upon successful registration, participants will receive a confirmation email acknowledging their enrollment.

How and When to pay?

In the confirmation email, you will receive the necessary payment details. Please note that the deadlinefor payment is October 21st 12:00 PM, 2024. Failure to complete the payment by this date will result in the cancellation of your registration, and you will not be able to participate. Once the payment is submitted, it is considered final, and refunds cannot be issued.

How do you get the certificate of attendance?

Certificates of Attendance will be awarded to passive participants who meet specific participation requirements, which will be announced closer to the congress. The certificates will be issued electronically via emailafter the event has concluded.
