Please note that once your case is submitted, it is considered the final version and cannot be modified further.

Each type of abstract submission follows a specific structure:

  • Case Report: Introduction, Summary, Conclusion, and Keywords
  • Review: Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Conclusion and Keywords
  • Original Research: Introduction, Aim, Materials and Methods, Summary, Conclusion, and Keywords

Please be aware that there is a word limit of 250 words per abstract (excluding titles and keywords). Abstracts exceeding this limit will not be accepted for submission.

Additionally, please refrain from using any acronyms or abbreviationswithout first providing an explanation. The useof acronyms or abbreviations in the title of an abstract is strictly prohibited.

Each abstract submission may include up to five authors, including the mentor. When registering for our congress, participants may choose one of the following roles:

  • Be the main author for a singlesubmission.
  • Serve as the main author for onesubmission and a co-author for oneadditional submission.
  • Serve as a co-author on two submissions.

Please orderthe authors based on importance and note that the corresponding author must be the person that fills out the application form.
